Expertise and experience of design and delivery of anti-racist and inclusive education programmes, I am an active advocate for youth centred co-design and equal and equitable learning outcomes for all young people.

Working in substantive posts at the V&A, Crafts Council and The Scout Association, I have led on research driven interventions in youth and learning programmes, developed teacher support resources, co-curated exhibitions, hosted national symposiums, published evaluations and academic articles.
